This is a Recruitment Pool for
Permanent, Fixed-Term, and Casual positions working Part-Time and
Full-Time hours with the possibility of extension and/or
permanency.
These positions are all based at the
Royal Perth Hospital in the Perth CBD.

Eligibility to Apply: To be eligible for
appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed
term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident,
or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for
permanent appointments).

should be noted:
- The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for
applications, and will assess on a regular basis.
- Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which
appointments may be made when similar vacancies
occur.
- Appointments may be made from this pool until
31st December 2026.
Position Profile: We are seeking to recruit
dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to fill Clinic Clerk positions
at the Royal Perth Hospital. In these positions, successful
applicants will be required to provide clerical services for
outpatient clinics including reception duties, telephone
interception and liaison duties. Other duties include, but are not
limited to, arranging new and reviewing outpatient appoints within
the Patient Administration System (PAS), booking diagnostic tests,
liaising with the Central Referral Centre, and receiving/returning
medical records and laboratory results. For more information

Area Profile: The East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS)
comprises an extensive hospital and health service network that
aims to maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of more than
670,000 Western Australians in its catchment area. Our hospital
network works together to provide a combination of tertiary,
secondary and specialist health care services including emergency
and critical care, state trauma, elective and emergency surgery,
general medical, mental health, inpatient and outpatient services,
aged care, palliative care, rehabilitation and women’s, children’s
and neonates services.
