An opportunity exists for a talented and
enthusiastic Clinical Nurse to join the team at Carnarvon General
Ward in the Midwest.
Carnarvon, WA, is a coastal town
900 km north of Perth, nestled between the Indian Ocean and
Gascoyne River. Known as the food bowl of Western Australia, it
produces tropical fruits like bananas and mangoes. With a semi-arid
climate, it offers warm winters and hot summers. Attractions
include the Carnarvon Space and Technology Museum, Quobba Station’s
blowholes, and Kennedy Range National Park. Its Coral Coast
location makes it a gateway to Ningaloo Reef. Outdoor enthusiasts
enjoy world-class surfing at Red Bluff and Tombstones, plus
excellent fishing, kite surfing, and spearfishing in this
laid-back, adventure-rich destination.

- Advanced nursing practice within the relevant practice
setting.

- Ability to incorporate quality and risk management within
practice.
Position Profile:
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Nurse is to manage,
coordinate and deliver competent nursing care for patients, using
leadership and advanced nursing skills and knowledge relevant to
the practice setting. Ability and willingness to undertake
Operating Theatre Nursing training and responsibilities is highly
desirable.
