Permanent Full-Time Appointment at our Broome Campus

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a small HR team in complex organisation? This is an exciting opportunity to join North Regional TAFE in a rewarding role located the beautiful Northwest of Australia which is home to the world’s oldest continuing cultures.

We are seeking for someone who is passionate with a willingness to learn to join our team as a HR Business Partner. As the HR Business Partner, you play a key role as the first point of contact to a portfolio of clients on a range of human resources process and is the liaison between the College with the Training Sector Employee Services in relation to recruitment, establishment and payroll matters.

The HR Business Partner provides a general advisory and support service to our College including onboarding, relocation and offboarding. You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner with communications in HR maters, changes and business improvement.

The position will be based at the Broome campus; however regular travel to other North Regional TAFE campuses across the Kimberley and Pilbara regions is required.

The College has adopted the Leadership Expectations which provides a common understanding of the mindsets and expected behaviours in the context of our agency and the Public Sector.
