About the Role

The key role of this position is to assist in managing VenuesWest’s aquatic centre facilities for events, sports training and public use, to optimise venue utilisation, commercial return and customer satisfaction.

We currently have one permanent full time available.

Rostered 152hrs over a 4-week period, between the hours of 4:45am-10:00pm, Monday – Sunday.

Whilst the position will be based at Perth High Performance Centre in Mount Claremont, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.

Due to the nature of the work undertaken, this position may be exposed to traumatic events in the workplace. VenuesWest is committed to proactively ensuring the psychosocial safety and health of our workers through risk control and provision of services to support workers exposed to and impacted by traumatic events.

What We Offer

This role offers:

20% shift loading on applicable shifts (early, late and weekend shifts). Double time for Public Holidays.

Salary package of up to approximately $95,000 per annum (excluding superannuation), including shift loading

  • Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety practices relevant to pool operations, ensuring a safe and compliant experience for all users. A passion for developing and mentoring high-performing teams in the provision of excellent customer service.
