Position Profile: The Clinical Nurse and
Registered Nurse (Home Hospital), as part of the multidisciplinary
team, provide acute and virtual care to patients in a community
setting, providing comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care as
well as facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality care.
