Position
Profile: As part of a multidisciplinary team this
role provides Occupational Therapy services and Care Coordination
to consumers of the Community Mental Health Service. The
Occupational Therapist facilitates and promotes consumer safety and
quality of care and practices as an Occupational Therapist in
accordance with Occupational Therapy professional and registration
requirements, standards, codes and guidelines and EMHS policies and
guidelines.
Area
Profile: Midland Community Mental Health Centre
(MCMHC) is situated in the heart of Midland and located 17 km
from the Perth CBD and is easily accessible via public transport
and close to the Midland Gate Shopping Centre. It is a
multidisciplinary Tertiary Mental Health Community Service
providing specialist Mental Health Care and Care Coordination for
eligible consumers aged from 18 in the Swan/Hills catchment.
Multidisciplinary teams work with consumers and their
carer’s to achieve their Recovery Goals and return to
primary care in the community.
