This is a
permanent part-time appointment for job share at 15.2 hours
(0.2FTE) per fortnight (which equates 1 day per week).
Position Profile:
Coordinate the strategic and operational planning for discharge and
patient transfer activities and associated services for identified
patients. Areas of accountability include the provision of
leadership, clinical standard setting and monitoring, policy
development and change management.
