About The Role:
The Project Director (Design and Build) for the New Women and Babies Hospital Project (NWBHP) will be responsible for overseeing the managing contractor’s design and construction deliverables to ensure compliance with the contract and performance brief as well as to approved scope, budget, and timeframe parameters. The role will report directly to the Senior Project Director NWBHP.
The position holder will lead a multi-functional team including the State’s technical advisory consultants. The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in the design management and contract management of complex, major infrastructure projects and evidence leadership behaviours that drive a ‘one team’ collaborative approach between the managing contractor and key agency stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
