About the Role

Main Roads are currently seeking three (3) experienced Engineering Surveyors to join our Asset and Geospatial Branch in the Planning and Technical Services Directorate based in Don Aitken Centre East Perth.

Being part of the Asset and Geospatial Team, you will provide survey support for construction and design activities across the State, provide advice to stakeholders on survey data, equipment, data management and standards and support the development of and maintenance of standards for data management, surveying and underground utilities surveys.

About You  

To be successful in this role you will possess the following qualification, skills and attributes:

 Diploma in Surveying or Spatial Information Services

 Considerable knowledge of engineering mapping and geodetic surveys

 Demonstrated knowledge of spatial data processing and digital data managment

 Well developed working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

 Work well in a team environment

 Work well under pressure while following policies and procedures

 Ability to supervise including employee behaviour, performance and development
