About the Role

We’re seeking a strong people leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our corporate Safety, Health and Wellbeing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of dedicated SHW professionals, champion strategic initiatives, and influence stakeholders across the organisation – including those outside your direct reporting line.

  • be able to influence at all levels and foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Expertise in managing safety, health and wellbeing programs, compliance and risk
