About the opportunity:

The Goldfields Esperance Business Manager (Administration Manager) is integral to the effective day to day operations and is a key part of the Regional Management Leadership Team. To be successful you will be required to develop and implement the Region’s Business Plan. You will be proactive in managing and identifying the Region’s risks, whilst ensuring the provision of business and administrative services and advice in relation to financial management, fixed assets, light vehicles, human resource management and land and property management.

Based in our Boulder office, this challenging and highly rewarding role will require demonstrated leaderships skills, along with considerable skills knowledge and experience in business and financial management as well as strong communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively with a range of different stakeholders.

This position is offered on a twelve (12) month, fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
