As we continue to grow and improve, we are seeking two (2) experienced Project Contract Managers (PCM).

About the opportunity:

In this role, you will work as part of a broader portfolio at OMTID in the delivery of large and complex major transport infrastructure projects across the state, to provide a safer more efficient transport network to our community. As an experienced PCM professional, you will be an integral part of a high performing project team; managing the development and delivery of allocated infrastructure works in collaboration with stakeholders and industry participants. In this role you may, at times manage contracts or projects or a combination as required. Typically you will perform duties including scoping, project development, design, delivery and handover of transport infrastructure projects.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in project and contract management of large and complex transport infrastructure projects. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to manage resources as well as your experience in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. Your well-developed negotiation skills, in addition to your skill, knowledge and experience in one or more road and/or rail and/or bridge design and/or construction will be advantageous in this role. Strong leadership and the ability to effectively manage and support your team are critical to success in this role. You’ll be expected to foster collaboration, provide clear direction, and ensure your team is equipped to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Although based in Perth, you must be willing and able to travel and work on projects based throughout the state, for the life of the project.
