About the Role
Are you passionate about workforce development and ready to take the next step in your career? The PTA is looking for a motivated individual to join our dedicated Workforce Development team as our Graduate Coordinator. In this position, you will provide vital program and administrative coordination to deliver workforce development initiatives and programs that address the current and future needs of our workforce.
Your key responsibilities will include leading recruitment, induction, onboarding and coordinating training, and stakeholder management across various workforce development programs. You’ll work with professional bodies, tertiary institutions, and program participants to ensure the success and impact of these programs. Additionally, you will analyse and report on program effectiveness, contribute to the PTA’s efforts to promote itself as an "employer of choice" at expos and career fairs, conduct research on workforce development trends, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.

There is one permanent full-time opportunity available for an immediate start. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months.
