This is a permanent, full time position.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative individual to join North Regional TAFE as member of the College’s Corporate Executive Team as the Director Corporate Services.

As the Director Corporate Services, you will lead the corporate services functions of the College, including human resources, physical resources and information and communications technology to support the College’s core business across all of the College’s campuses.

You will contribute to the planning and achievement of the College’s goals, including developing strategies to continuously improve the delivery of corporate services functions to position the College as a business ready and sustainable organisation.  

There is flexibility to be based at either our Broome or Karratha campus; however regular travel to other North Regional TAFE campuses across the Pilbara and Kimberley regions is required.

The College has adopted the Leadership Expectations which provides a common understanding of the mindsets and expected behaviours in the context of our agency and the Public Sector.

In the context of our size and structure, we have determined the Leadership Expectations context for this role is Multiple Area Leader. The successful candidate should demonstrate the expected behaviours related to this context when undertaking their role.  A candidate’s ability to display these mindsets and expected behaviours will be assessed during the recruitment and selection process.
