This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Part Time and Casual
appointments at various hours per fortnight with the possibility of
extension(s) and/or permanency.
Position Profile: We are seeking
a Clinical Nurse (Infection Prevention and
Control) to join our team at the Perth Children’s
Hospital (PCH).
As a Clinical Nurse you will enjoy a diverse range of
responsibilities, including surveillance work, identification of
hospital-associated infections, and the implementation of
transmission-minimising protocols within the hospital.
Your role will involve direct interface with various clinical
wards, ensuring a family-centred approach where the well-being of
both the patient and their family are prioritised. With our broad
scope covering surgical, medical, acute, and mental health areas,
you will have the opportunity to engage across services, and to
support a variety of quality improvement projects, shaping the
future of our work.

education sessions and a strong emphasis on continual learning.

engagement initiatives, contributing to the overall safety and
well-being of both our staff and patients.
The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is
