Are you a dedicated Mental Health
Nurse looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in the
lives of clients within the community? We are seeking committed
Clinical Nurses to provide comprehensive clinical management of
clients with mental illness, ensuring high-quality care in a
supportive and engaging environment.
Position Profile: In this role, you will be
responsible for crafting and implementing clinical management plans
in collaboration with clients and a multidisciplinary team. Your
expertise will be crucial in conducting triages and mental state
examinations, while promoting effective working relationships
across various health services and agencies.
To be successful in this role, you will
have:
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge and practice skills as a
Mental Health Nurse.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to plan, prioritise and
undertake case management of clients.
- Demonstrated effective communication (verbal and written)
and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
environment as an effective team member.
- Demonstrated sound understanding of the WA Mental Health
Act (2014), Nurses Act and other legislation and policies
applicable to a community mental health practice setting.
