About the role
Main Roads is seeking a proactive and experienced ICT Infrastructure Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of ICT infrastructure services—spanning infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies—within our ICT Service Delivery section.
As we continue to evolve our business strategy, robust and scalable infrastructure is essential. We’re looking for a strong technical leader who not only brings deep expertise but also excels in building and developing high-performing teams.
You’ll play a key role in managing and supporting your team—fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding team performance, developing talent, and delivering services that align with organisational goals.
In addition to technical leadership, this role demands excellent stakeholder management. You’ll collaborate closely with internal partners, understand their unique needs, and deliver tailored solutions that support business strategy. A customer-centric mindset, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of ICT infrastructure, networking, and cloud services
- Develop and maintain standards, processes, and procedures for ICT service delivery
- Design and manage capacity and availability plans for ICT infrastructure
- Provide operational leadership with a strong focus on customer service and business alignment.

- A detailed CV demonstrating your relevant skills and abilities.
- A written statement outlining your substantial skill, knowledge and experience in the following four (4) criteria in no more than 4 (four) pages:
- Co-ordination of ICT Infrastructure Services across an enterprise-wide IT environment, leveraging data centres, cloud services and diverse networking solutions.
- Building and enhancing stakeholder relationships.
- Support the service delivery of Corporate and Operations Centre Infrastructure services, including the complex networking solutions and cloud-based products.
- Lead a small team of infrastructure consultants effectively.
- If applicable to you (not mandatory), a copy of your Degree in Information and Communications Technology or other relevant discipline.
