We are currently seeking an
innovative and solutions-focussed Executive Director Medical
Services to join our team.
The position is for a Fixed Term Full
Time appointment for up to 5 years, with the possibility of
extension(s).

About the
role:
This position leads and is
accountable for the strategic direction and delivery of the WA
Country Health Service (WACHS) program for medical workforce,
medical education, medical reform and medicolegal within WACHS,
ensuring strong engagement across the organisation, with the aim of
fostering a capable, supported and sustainable
workforce.
This position works
collaboratively with the Executive Teams and clinical staff to
achieve the delivery of patient centred, high quality, value-based
health service to WA’s regional and remote population and
contributes to decision making on WACHS wide issues.
This position is expected to
provide high level clinical advice to the Executive, and to be
involved in leading reform and shaping the strategic direction for
WACHS.
