About the role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated engineer to join our Structures Engineering team as a Senior Bridge Design Engineer.
In this role, you will lead the design of complex bridge structures and play a key role in developing design guidelines, technical manuals, and specifications that support best practices in bridge design, construction, and maintenance. You’ll also provide expert technical advice during construction, resolve design challenges in collaboration with contractors, and respond to technical queries with practical, solution-focused guidance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and demonstrated expertise in bridge design.
Alongside your technical capabilities, you will be a confident and effective communicator, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, consultants, government agencies, and the public. You’ll also bring proven leadership experience, with a focus on team development, mentoring, and delivering high-quality outcomes through others.
