This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2025

Comet Bay College (CBC) has a genuine and proven commitment to support the professional growth of our teachers. Each staff member has the opportunity to join the Advanced Instructional Intelligence Program (AIIP) and be provided with five days of professional learning to build teachers capacity in the classroom. The College also encourages and supports staff to participate in a sophisticated Classroom Observation and Feedback Program that supports staff to reflect on their instructional capacity and build upon existing teaching skills. The Role

CBC are seeking to employ a full time permanent Mathematics Teacher ready for Term 3, 2025. CBC is seeking suitably qualified, passionate and committed Mathematics Teacher to join our friendly team. At CBC we strive for excellence by nurturing individual abilities, providing meaningful opportunities and fostering positive respectful relationships.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience teaching Mathematics across all Years, 7 to 12 and the ability to teach Senior School Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) is preferred but not essential. Ability and a willingness to work in the College Gifted and Talented and Academic Extension Program is also desirable.

To be suitable for this role, you will ideally be student and relationship focused, highly motivated, innovative and able to work effectively in a team environment, as well as displaying an engaging and energetic teaching style.
