This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2025
Comet Bay College (CBC) has a genuine and proven commitment to support the professional growth of our teachers. The Role
CBC are seeking to employ a full time permanent Mathematics Teacher ready for Term 3, 2025. CBC is seeking suitably qualified, passionate and committed Mathematics Teacher to join our friendly team. At CBC we strive for excellence by nurturing individual abilities, providing meaningful opportunities and fostering positive respectful relationships.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience teaching Mathematics across all Years, 7 to 12 and the ability to teach Senior School Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) is preferred but not essential. Ability and a willingness to work in the College Gifted and Talented and Academic Extension Program is also desirable.
To be suitable for this role, you will ideally be student and relationship focused, highly motivated, innovative and able to work effectively in a team environment, as well as displaying an engaging and energetic teaching style. You should reflect and assess the effectiveness of your teaching practice using a variety of methods available within the College, promote an environment of active and positive learning, and provide educational opportunities and activities which enable students to achieve to their highest potential.
