About Us
The Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission is a specialist industrial tribunal and court of record. Established by the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA), the Commission resolves disputes about industrial matters, including any matter relating to the work, privileges, rights or duties of employers or employees in industry.
The Department of the Registrar provides administration, advice and support to enable the general community, employee and employer associations, industrial practitioners and government agencies to make applications to the Commission, the Industrial Magistrates Court and the Industrial Appeal Court.

About the Role
In this role, you will handle a variety of information management tasks and inquiries, supporting the consistent, efficient, and compliant implementation of the Department’s record-keeping framework.
You will play a key role in supporting the Information Services team, while contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of information management tools, templates, and guidance materials.
This is a vital, customer-focused position where you will maintain accurate departmental records, support the administration of the electronic document and records management system (EDRMS), and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

There is one permanent full-time vacant position available.
This process may be used to fill other similar permanent or fixed term positions that may arise throughout the Department for the 6 months following the approval of the initial recruitment decision.
Australian Permanent Residency status is a minimum requirement for permanent appointment to the WA Public Sector. Appointment will be subject to a successful Criminal Record Screening clearance.
