Do you have a keen investigative mind, that can identify potential fraud and corruption issues?
Do you have high-level reporting skills that can lead and prepare audit reports for tabling in Parliament?
If so, WE WANT YOU!
Fraud is an ever-present risk, including in the public sector, and experience tells us that risk can become real. When it does, money meant to fund services for some of the most vulnerable in our community is stolen for personal gain, and the trust between entities, their staff and the people they serve is damaged and needs to be regained. Forensic audits identify vulnerabilities to, and potential indicators of, fraud and corruption.
Forensic Audit Directors independently lead, determine and manage caseload progress of forensic audits, establish strategic and operational relationships, assist with leading the forensic audit team and deliver quality outcomes that are soundly based, balanced and satisfy evidential requirements, in a deadline driven environment. This director role also oversees the development and growth of our data analytics team.
High level financial investigation or audit skills along with considerable experience in leading a team, managing resources and delivering quality outcomes that meet demanding deadlines are essential to the role
We currently have one full time, permanent position available.
This process may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies (permanent, fixed term, full-time or part time) within 12 months of the date of completion of the recruitment process.
