Position
Profile: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader
to join our Patient Flow Unit located at Perth Children's
Hospital.
The Nurse Coordinator
provides operational leadership to the patient flow team, by
fostering a sense of team identity, common purpose and shared
values in pursuit of Perth Children’s Hospital and
Neonatology strategy, priorities and objectives in accordance with
the vision, mission and values of the Child and Adolescent Health
Service.
This senior nursing role
coordinates and directs the daily operational management of bed
capacity and access to support key national targets, positive staff
and patient outcomes and improved patient experience. In addition
the role is responsible for PCH site management and emergency
response.
The
Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is

in Western Australia, as the State’s only dedicated health
service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up
four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and
Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth
Children’s Hospital (PCH). Consisting of over 6,500
employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward
Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than
160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.

Eligibility: To
be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working
visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen,
permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in
