This
is a Fixed Term Part Time appointment until 17th October 2025 at 56
hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension and/or
permanency.
Position Profile: We are seeking
a motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our
team at the Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS). This role
will see you responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating
clinical support and training opportunities for Child and
Adolescent Community Health nursing staff, specifically focusing on
adolescent mental health and wellbeing. Key responsibilities
include contributing to the development of strategic plans and
policies, providing clinical advice to nursing leadership, and
monitoring and reporting on performance in this critical
area.
The successful candidate
will possess a strong clinical background in adolescent health
nursing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the
ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance
service delivery, using a project management approach. You will
collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, implement
quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with
relevant legislation and organizational values. If you are a
