We are
currently seeking Nurse Practitioners to join our team in the
Emergency Department at Perth Children's Hospital
There are fixed term contracts
available (full time and part time), starting as soon as possible,
with an end date of 31st October 2025 - with a
possibility of extension. Casual contracts will also be
considered.
Position
Profile:
- provides a clinical service in
collaboration with other health professionals to diagnose,
treat and manage a patient’s health status in accordance
with National legislation.
- performs advanced physical assessment,
orders diagnostic tests, interprets the results of these tests,
initiates referrals to relevant health providers, and
prescribes appropriate medications and other therapies as
needed.
- provides clinical leadership as
appropriate.
- practices within their scope of practice
considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Nursing
Practice Decision Flowchart.

Eligibility to
