This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full

Time and Casual appointments with the possibility of extensions
and/or permanency.
Position Profile: Are you
a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high quality
clinical care to infants, children, and young people in the
community?
Exciting opportunities are now available in
CAHS – Community Health Services in the area of Child
Health Nurse. This role provides services to families and
children including newborn home visits, developmental checks from
birth to 3 years, and breastfeeding support. In addition, our child
health nurses conduct a comprehensive appraisal of each
child’s growth and development, and parental
wellbeing.
About
the Directorate: Community Health provides health
and developmental assessments, early intervention and health
promotion services for children and young people.
These services are provided in the community
across the Perth metropolitan area at community health centres, in
schools, home visits and through telehealth appointments. Services
focus on child health, growth and development, behaviour,
immunisation and supporting families.

possess a Post Graduate Certificate in Child and
Adolescent Health, or an equivalent qualification. If
yes, please indicate below and attach
evidence.
- A current resume which
summarises your experience and includes both phone and email
contact details of two professional referees, with at least one
being a recent supervisor/line manager.
- During the
