Metropolitan Cemeteries Board currently have a full-time position available for an experienced sales coordinator to work across multiple cemeteries.
About the role
The Sales Coordinator leads a team with a specific business focus, responsible for assisting clients with cremation memorials, mausoleum crypts, gravesites and other MCB products. Given the sensitive nature of the industry, sales are conducted in a compassionate manner.
The Sales Coordinator leads a team of consultants across multiple Perth metropolitan sites, who engage directly with clients to assist in the selection of products and services for their loved ones.
About you
- You have proven experience in a sales environment, with a focus on soft skills and relationship building.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences in compassionate and respectful manner.
- You have well developed analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively in challenging situations.
- You have experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- You have the ability to analyse customer data and generate insightful reports.
