About the opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to develop, maintain and improve our organisation wide suite of integrity data analytics; including overseeing data security, access controls, reporting, and defining stakeholder roles and responsibilities. In this role, you will also
- Design and implement cutting-edge analytics tools and detection methodologies that support risk monitoring and ethical business practices.
- Collaborate across business units to embed analytics into day-to-day decision-making, guided by the Analytics Improvement Plan.
- Deliver compelling insights through presentations and reports that influence key business decisions.
- Monitor performance metrics and support strategic risk initiatives across the organisation.
What You’ll Bring:
To be successful in this role; you will demonstrate:
- Proven ability to manage and improve complex data analytics routines and reports, including governance over data access and security
- Confident communication and presentation abilities
- Comprehensive skills in research and problem solving, including in the context of complex problems within policy, legal, and ethical frameworks.
- A genuine interest in working with a team focused on Integrity, Fraud and Corruption Control, Risk Management, and the Code of Conduct.
