About the Role
As a State Prosecutor with the ODPP, you will be at the forefront of prosecuting the State's most serious criminal prosecutions across Western Australia (including regional sittings of the District and Supreme Court of Western Australia). Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and presenting cases in court, from preliminary hearings, trials and appeals
- File assessment
- Collaborating with law enforcement agencies, victims, and witnesses
- Providing legal advice and guidance to ensure the fair and efficient administration of justice
