The opportunity
We are seeking an energetic leader to lead the MCB’s technology infrastructure and user support functions across all our sites. The role is responsible for leading the core cybersecurity activities for the MCB. The IT Operations and Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the technology user support team including building team resilience
- Maintaining a robust, fit for purpose technology architecture focused on secure SAAS and PAAS delivery
- Overseeing infrastructure and support contracts to ensure agreed deliverables are achieved and business outcomes are achieved
- Lead cybersecurity practices for the MCB and implement improvement actions in line with WA Government and industry standards

- You are experienced in leading and developing a team of technology professionals to continuously improve service outcomes
- You have significant experience in the delivery of technology services to end users across multiple locations
- Experienced in monitoring for and responding to cybersecurity threats including proactively developing organisational resilience
- Experienced in managing a hybrid technology architecture
