About the Role:
This role is located in Narrogin, part of the Wheatbelt Region of Main Roads WA. Our Narrogin office is one of eleven regional locations responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous development of Main Roads vast network and assets. We ensure safe, efficient road access for the community.
As a key member of the team, you will manage customer services and communications across the Region.
Your primary responsibilities will include resolution of customer enquiries, providing advice to various stakeholders across the community as well as promotion of Main Roads Wheatbelt region activities and events.
The role also works closely with the Strategy and Communications Directorate to ensure effective corporate customer service initiatives, systems, processes and tools.
