About the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive ICT Application Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative team at Main Roads. In this critical role, you will coordinate the delivery of ICT application and support services within the ICT Service Delivery section, ensuring that services align with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
We are looking for a strong technical leader who not only possesses the necessary expertise but also has the skills to manage and develop a high-performing team. This role requires someone with a strong focus on employee management—working to develop and guide your team’s performance and behaviours, helping them grow and thrive in their roles.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills, listening actively to internal stakeholders, understanding their needs, and collaborating to provide tailored solutions that align with business strategies. You will be solutions-focused, with a customer service mindset, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of ICT applications and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online solutions.
- Manage and develop a small team of application support consultants, ensuring optimal performance, employee behaviour, and professional growth through coaching and development opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standards, processes, and procedures for ICT application products and support services.
- Lead operational delivery of ICT applications and support services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research and recommend new application products and services, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the ICT application portfolio.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery, performance, and value for the organisation.

- Delivery of ICT applications and support services in a large multi-disciplinary organisation.
- Design, configuration, administration and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps and SharePoint Online solutions, and the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Building and enhancing stakeholder relationships.
- Managing employee behaviour, performance and development.
- If applicable to you (not mandatory), a copy of your Degree in Information and Communications Technology or other relevant discipline.
