We are looking for
experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse’s to join the
Community Health team based in Meekatharra, Midwest
region.
To be successful,
you will have:
- Well-developed nursing
skills relevant to community, school and child
health.
- Understanding and
experience in applying the principles of primary health into
clinical practice.
- Ability
to develop, implement and evaluate primary health
programs.
- Effective interpersonal,
written and verbal communication skills and ability to work
independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary
team.
- Possession of a current
C or C-A Class drivers’ licence and the ability to travel
throughout the region.
Position
Profile: Provides clinical services as part of the core
community health programs such as immunisation, school health and
child health. Responsible for providing quality primary health
services to the community within their own levels of competency to
meet planned health outcomes.
This is an
“open-ended” recruitment pool, and as such the
following should be noted:
- The
panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications and
will assess on a regular basis.
- Suitable
applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may
be made, similar vacancies may be offered for sites throughout
the Midwest region.
- Appointments may
be made from this pool until
31/11/2025.
