We have one full-time position available for a Customer Services Coordinator, who can lead and provide effective supervision of the Customer Services team across multiple sites. This will require demonstrated skills in leadership, people and project management, implementing innovative solutions, and time management, as well as communication and innovation.

About the role
We are seeking a compassionate person who is passionate about developing Customer Service excellence in frontline teams by motivating and enabling them to deliver exceptional quality to clients in our beautiful cemeteries.
The Customer Services Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Lead and supervise a team of Customer Service officers, providing mentoring and development opportunities.
- Oversee and undertake complex operational duties, ensuring policies and procedures align with legislation and business practices.
- Achieve business development and performance targets by delivering high-quality, timely, and efficient services.
- Foster effective relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and business outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and systems to support service delivery.

Eligibility Requirements
- The recommended applicant will need to provide a National Police Clearance prior to appointment that is less than 6 months old from date of issue or obtain one prior to appointment. A criminal conviction may not preclude you from gaining employment.
- Australian permanent residency is a minimum requirement for permanent appointment to the West Australian Public Sector.
- A current and valid West Australian Driver’s Licence is a requirement for this role.
