We have a permanent full-time position available for a Manager Support Services to oversee the operational and administrative coordination of client services, monumental and memorial services, and funeral concierge services in operational sites across the Perth metropolitan area. Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role. The successful applicant will be responsible for efficiently deploying team members, fostering internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, recruiting and developing team members, and ensuring smooth service delivery to meet business objectives. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures and driving continuous improvement by identifying system and process challenges.
