This is a permanent part-time (0.35FTE) position commencing January 2025
Join our team as a Weekend Cook and play a key role in delivering high-quality meals in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional food preparation, cooking, and catering for a variety of dietary requirements while maintaining high standards of hygiene, storage, and quality control in line with occupational safety and health regulations. Your duties will also include managing day-to-day catering needs, overseeing stock control, and purchasing goods to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Our weekend cook is required to work from 12:00pm-7:00pm Saturday and Sunday during school term.
Although working alone, collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with the weekday cook and kitchen hands to ensure a smooth handover for the weekend. You will be creating delicious meals for students, staff, and external groups.
