About the role
The Wellbeing Consultant is responsible for the delivery of Legal Aid WA’s Wellness Strategy. This includes developing, implementing and evaluating a range of evidence based projects, initiatives and programs that contribute to the wellbeing of Legal Aid WA’s diverse staff, contractors and volunteers across the organisation.
As the lead for Wellbeing at Legal Aid WA you will champion the psychological wellbeing of staff and be a positive role model for cultural change. In addition to chairing the Professional Wellbeing Committee, you will manage Legal Aid WA’s Employee Assistance Programs and provide advice to stakeholders on tailored wellness strategies.
About you
We are looking for somebody who is:
- Experienced in designing and implementing diverse evidence based programs to promote psychologically healthy workplace cultures
- Able to relate their workplace wellbeing knowledge and experience to a large legal practice environment, providing holistic legal services to disadvantaged members of the community across Western Australia
- An energetic self-starter with highly developed organisational skills and an ability to manage projects
- Comfortable presenting information to stakeholders at all levels, and delivering training.
