We are seeking dedicated Clinical Supervisors to lead and inspire our teams. ABOUT THE ROLE

This recruitment process is open to professionals in Psychology and Social Work. The role involves providing supervision to Program staff; conducting assessments and treatment formulations for complex cases.

Key responsibilities include resolving complex clinical issues, overseeing assessments, treatments, group sessions, and report preparation. Intervention programs are delivered in both prison and community-based settings across various sites in the metropolitan area within Western Australia.

Candidates who qualify for this position will be placed in a pool for potential appointments to similar vacancies within the Department of Justice.

Pool Recruitment

This pool will be open for a period of 24 months from the day after the breach of standard claim period closes. Permanent, fixed term, full time and part time appointments may be offered as vacancies arise; however, an appointment is not guaranteed.

The Department of Justice uses recruitment pools to build a bank of talent for future opportunities. Applicants found suitable in this pool, may be considered for subsequent, similar vacancies at similar locations, with the Department of Justice for the duration of the pool.

  • Possess an accredited qualification in Psychology.
  • General registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or an approved Social Work qualification.
  • Full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
