We have one permanent full-time position available for a Senior Funeral Concierge at Karrakatta Cemetery.

About the role
We are seeking a compassionate person who is passionate about customer service and delivery of memorial services to provide a seamless and high quality service to clients in our beautiful cemeteries.
The Senior Funeral Concierge will be responsible for:
- Managing a remote team located at multiple sites across the Perth metropolitan area.
- Implementing the funeral plan for the day to provide a seamless service to the community.
- Resolving issues as they arise with equipment and venues.
- Coordinating operational activities and assessing daily work requirements across all our sites.
- Liaising with Funeral Directors and providing support in regard to our venues and equipment.
- Ensuring paperwork in relation to the service complies with legislation, policy and procedure.

Eligibility Requirements
- The recommended applicant will need to provide a National Police Clearance prior to appointment that is less than 6 months old from date of issue or obtain one prior to appointment. A criminal conviction may not preclude you from gaining employment.
- Australian permanent residency is a minimum requirement for permanent appointment to the West Australian Public Sector.
