Position Profile: We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Clinical Nurses to provide high quality care to infants, children, and young people in the community in a variety of areas. Exciting opportunities are available in CAHS – Community Health Services in the following areas:
School Health: includes primary schools, high schools, Education Support units and enuresis support.Child Health: providing services to families and children including newborn home visits, developmental checks from birth to 3 years, and breastfeeding supportImmunisation: delivery of the immunisation schedule from birth to 4 years or with a school-based immunisation team.Aboriginal Health Team: work with a multidisciplinary team providing primary health to Aboriginal children and their familiesRefugee Health Team: working with children and their families who are from a refugee background. About CAHS Community Health: Community Health provides health and developmental assessments, early intervention and health promotion services for children and young people. These services are provided in the community across the Perth metropolitan area at community health centres, in schools, home visits and through telehealth appointments. Services focus on child health, growth and development, behaviour, immunisation and supporting families.
