The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Content Copywriter with a passion for creating compelling digital content that is optimised for our channels and helpful for our customers.
A key part of your role will be leading and managing the strategic website content review project where you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a range of internal stakeholders. You’ll need to assist them in understanding and applying best practice principles to improve DoT’s digital content.
Other skills you’ll bring are experience creating, implementing, managing, and measuring digital content communication strategies and plans, and working in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines. You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and be experienced in building and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across our metropolitan and regional operations.
As our ideal candidate, you will have a positive can-do attitude, be able to work effectively within a team and have a clear commitment to delivering excellent customer service and achieving goals.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity, with the possibility of extension(s) or permanency.
