The Financial Services team of DPLH is looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to work with processing accounts payable invoices in a timely manner. This role will involve basic correspondence to customers around accounts payable matters.
This is a permanent full-time appointment. Suitable applicants may be considered for appointment to similar (permanent, fixed term, full-time or part-time) vacancies for a period of twelve (12) months.
To be successful for this position, you need to demonstrate:
- Experience in a Financial/Accounts Payable environment including knowledge of Treasurer’s Instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to delivery excellent customer service and communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills including utilisation of spreadsheets.
- Demonstrate the behaviours within the leadership context of Personal Leadership as outlined below.
Core leadership behaviours outlined in Leadership Expectations are applicable to this role and should be demonstrated in the context of Personal Leadership. The Personal Leadership context is about the work of individuals not yet in traditional leadership positions who make a direct and immediate difference to the agency.
