About The Role:

The Senior Corporate Governance and FOI Coordinator is responsible for: planning, coordination and reporting on Freedom of Information (FOI) activities on behalf of the Departments of Finance and Treasury. Leading the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of Finance’s corporate governance and policy frameworks, ensuring that they meet Finance’s requirement to govern itself according to relevant legislation, public sector practices and standards.

About You:

We’re looking for a highly motivated team player who has highly developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills who is comfortable collaborating with, and advising, senior managers, internal stakeholders and external customers on corporate governance and FOI matters.

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to provide FOI advice to decision makers, draft decisions, deliver training and manage competing priorities.
