We are seeking customer focused individuals for Casual Event Supervisor roles.

What we are looking for

We are looking for confident, hardworking motivated customer service professionals who can assist with event delivery at HBF Park on a casual basis. Our ideal candidates will be adaptable and have the ability to think on their feet.  Relevant supervisor and event experience gained within entertainment and/or sporting facilities would be viewed favourably but is not essential for supervisor roles.

To be successful you need well-developed communication skills and the confidence to speak in front of groups, manage complaints, and respond effectively in emergency situations. 

We are looking for people to commence in October 2023.

Eligibility

To be eligible for employment with VenuesWest you must have the following at the time of lodging your application:

  • be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status
  • a Special Category Visa with unrestricted stay and work rights for New Zealand citizens
  • documentary evidence (i.e. working visa) of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the duration of the fixed term appointment

To be eligible for employment with VenuesWest you must have the following at the time of commencement:

  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last three months)

Please note that the appointee will bear the costs associated with the abovementioned eligibility requirements.
