About the role

We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction and Maintenance Manager in the Great Southern Region based in our Albany office.

To be successful in this role you will be required to provide expert advice for the development and preparation of the Ten Year Network Delivery Plan and Regional Delivery Plan. In addition, you will be proactive in developing and implementing maintenance management plans and ensure they are understood and followed by the in-house maintenance teams and subcontractors.

This challenging and highly rewarding role will require comprehensive skills, knowledge and experience in the delivery of road construction and maintenance, project and contract management and experience in negotiation and facilitation as well as a natural ability to work with a range of people and stakeholders to build positive working relationships.

As part of the Regional Management Team your demonstrated leadership skills will be at the forefront, your ability to manage financial, physical and other resources together will your management of employee behaviour, performance and development will be crucial in being successful in this role.
