About the role
To assist the Ticketing and Marketing Manager with tasks to ensure the efficient and effective execution of all Arts and Culture Trust marketing strategies.
About you
Arts and Culture Trust is seeking to establish a pool of Marketing Assistants for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made as vacancies arise over the next twelve months from the initial date of appointment from this pool.
We are seeking a suitably experienced person to fill the full-time position of Marketing Assistant for immediate filling until 31 January 2024. At the conclusion of the initial engagement, subsequent contracts or permanency may be offered, or the ACT may choose to readvertise the opportunity.
The successful applicant is expected to prepare marketing material including email and web content, assist in social media marketing and work on a range of other event and audience development related activities.

Eligibility to Apply
A current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance Certificate will be required prior to commencement of employment.
You must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.
Conditions
This position will be for an initial fixed-term period to 31 January 2024 with a possibility of further terms.

Subsequent Vacancies
While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, applicants found suitable for this position may be considered for ‘similar’ vacancies within DLGSC. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised position, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Future vacancies may be considered for fixed term, full-time or part-time vacancies.
Location
This role is based at His Majesty’s Theatre, 825 Hay Street, Perth and may be required to work from other venues.
