About the Role

With a newly launched Strategic Plan, this key role will lead organisational development work to deliver strategic workforce initiatives that align with the “People and Capability” of that Plan.  Your collaborative work and leadership of the team will deliver programs of work to respond to the identified activities in the plan including work to onboard new employees, identify and develop talent, improve workforce diversity and the development of a Workforce culture survey.

  • A current and detailed résumé/Curriculum Vitae
  • A written application in no more than two pages demonstrating your experience and how you are able to perform the role in the context of the role specific requirements and capabilities as detailed in the attached JDF.

Suitable applicants will be required to provide:

  • Proof of identity 100-point check (details will be advised after selection).
  • A satisfactory National Police Certificate issued by the Western Australian Police Force.
