This is an exceptional opportunity to join the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. The Department is seeking to make immediate permanent and fixed term appointments to both existing and brand new roles. Our work is growing so we're also establishing a pool of suitable candidates for future positions in the next 12 months.

We have several existing and NEW roles in the Aboriginal Engagement and Community Policy, Infrastructure, Economy and Environment, and Intergovernmental Relations teams. If you:

  • have experience as a policy adviser, worked in government, the private sector, not for profit, higher education or as a project or program manager, data analyst, researcher or business analyst;
  • love being part of a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced workplace;
  • love to collaborate with your team and key stakeholders across Government, industry, and community organisations to get the best outcomes;
  • can deep-dive into research and data, while keeping an eye on the bigger picture and you have an awareness of the issues impacting the diverse Aboriginal people and communities across our great State; and
  • feel your values align with Department of Premier and Cabinet’s and you want to make a difference, keeping the WA public at the heart of everything you do.
