This is an open-ended Recruitment Pool for suitably experienced Patient Care Assistants covering:
Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time and Casual appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
The following should be noted:
- The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications and will assess on a regular basis.
- Interviews may not be conducted as part of the process however applicants may be contacted to request additional information.
- Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur.
- Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2023.
International applicants with suitable experience and qualifications are encouraged to apply and must include a copy of their current Visa with their application documents.
Position Profile: This pool is to recruit Patient Care Assistants (PCA) for a number of locations across Regional Western Australia.
The PCA is responsible for providing support to clinical staff (Doctors, Nursing Staff and Allied Health), by using a Ward based team approach in the provision of quality patient care and can be resourced to any area within the hospital to respond to operational requirements of the day.
