About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and creative marketing expert to join our high performing team. Playing a key role in driving the direction of the Strategic Communications Unit (SCU), you will report to the Deputy Director and work together to lead a team that values trust, teamwork, and achievement.
The SCU develops, delivers, and advises on government communications projects related to key government priorities. The multi-disciplinary team operates across five key streams of work: campaigns; digital communications; communications and stakeholder engagement; design; and business and governance. The Campaigns Manager will lead the development and delivery of impactful, insight-driven large-scale paid advertising campaigns, collaborating across the wider SCU streams and ensuring governance requirements are met.
You are a leader in your field and will have a unique ability to collaborate and cultivate relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. You are passionate about ‘comms’ and keep the WA public at the heart of everything you do, embracing opportunities to make a positive difference to our community when communicating key government priorities. You have a ‘can do’ mindset, are creative, and love working in a complex environment to deliver effective, insightful, and impactful communications.
